Elite Plan
The Elite Plan includes all the benefits of the Foundation plan, but also includes a major medical health insurance benefit. KBA specializes in group health insurance, whether fully-insured or self-insured and is ready to help design a major medical plan when appropriate.
Discovery Plan
The Discovery Plan includes all benefits in the Foundation Plan, but also includes a variety of voluntary benefits-short term disability and accident/critical illness. It is perfect for the company that wants to offer a valuable, but affordable, benefits package. Health insurance is not included in the Discovery Plan.
